Group Therapy
Group therapy at Modern Social Solutions offers a supportive, safe space to connect, learn, and heal alongside others who share similar experiences. Led by licensed clinicians, our groups focus on building coping skills, increasing insight, and reducing isolation through shared understanding. Group therapy provides a powerful opportunity for growth, encouragement, and community—reminding you that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
ReachNow Emotional Guidance and Support Line
Modern Social Solutions PLLC, offers non-emergency crisis support using our ReachNow platform. ReachNow offers clients access to professional Care Coach for non-life threatening emergencies. ReachNow allows clients to have 35 minute of support via text, phone call and video options. Modern Social Solution allows for insurance billing or self pay options for ReachNow services. Our care coaches are available and ready to support you!
In- School Mental Health Services
For School Representatives ONLY: We partner with schools to provide on-site and virtual mental health services, ensuring that students receive the care they need—right where they learn. Our services include:

✅Crisis intervention and behavioral support
✅Social-emotional learning (SEL) programs
✅Collaboration and therapy support for teachers, parents and staff for student success.
✅Social Work resource and referral support for your school.
Long Term Care & Adult Medicaid Case Management
Applying for Adult Medicaid Programs and services can be a daunting and sometimes uncertain experience. This service is designed to provide you with stress-free and worry-free access to assistive living and medical care benefits. Modern Social Solutions acts as a liaison between the Department of Social Services and you to help determine your eligibility. Together we will explore your preferred Adult Medicaid Program eligibility requirements.
This service is also available to Special Assistance and Long Term Care Facilities
Modern Social Solutions will handle the following tasks and responsibilities:
– Consultation and Pre-Determination of Eligibility
– Collection of all necessary documents that DSS will need in order to process your case.
– Assistance to the client with obtaining necessary documents
– Response to all notifications from and to DSS regarding the case.
– Application/Redetermination submissions to DSS
